Submission Guidelines

The Land of 10,000 Bombs is seeking community submissions!

Submissions should relate to the weapons/war/military-industrial complex and have some Minnesota context. If you can make a compelling case that your story connects to the military & Minnesota—however loose—we will consider it!

Below are some examples of topics we cover:

• Military/militarism/military-industrial complex

• Weapons/manufacturing

• Abolition

• Past movements and decolonial history

• Features on local groups/creating the world we want to bring into existence

Formats we consider:

• Research deep dives: can be data-driven and technical

• Op-Eds & 1st person narratives

• Features on movement projects/actions

• Current events/news analysis

• Zines

• Art/photographs with a couple sentences of context
